We loved the house! It was very spacious, and had everything we needed. The balcony was overlooking the pool, which was perfect. It was also walking distance from the beach! We walked to the beach in the mornings, it was beautiful! Also we somehow forgot a tablet in a nightstand, but got it shipped back to us!!! That was very nice of them!

Fanci’s place was perfect for our family! We stayed 10 days and it was central to everything! Short walk to the beach. Fanci was very quick to respond and assist with any questions we had along the way. We absolutely loved the zero entry pool since we have young kiddos. Would highly recommend!!

This place was perfect for the 2 families that stayed there. Close to everything, beautiful inside that exceeded expectations. The community was great and safe. We felt safe letting the kids walk around with other friends they made. The pool was clean and the staff at the pool were friendly!
So much to do in the surrounding areas. Our favorites were Pepito’s for Mexican, Fudpuckers, Pompano Joes for beachside food and a great beach

This was our first time visiting Destin, FL, and Fanci and her team exceeded all expectations! They were very proactive in sharing recommendations for things to do in the area, which made planning easy. The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for a family with kids. The pool was just steps away, which was incredibly convenient, and the beach was an easy walk as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or host. Thank you, Fanci and team, for making this spring break so memorable for my family. We will definitely be back next year!

The place was nice and clean. Beds were mostly comfortable. The resort was right across the house which was a huge plus for us with small kids. Everything was at walkable distance. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay

Fanci, was a great host and help us out with the accommodation if such a large party. Check in and out were as simple as it can be and also with the toilet issue she had someone go take care of it right away. Thank you Mrs. Fanci for the accommodation at your property!

This was the perfect place for our family vacation! Everyone had their own space but yet we had ample room to gather together to hangout. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the home was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a week in Destin. The beautiful pool directly across from the house was a plus for day after the beach. Perfectly located well within the shopping areas, and the neighborhood is great for an early morning walk before you start the day. Would definitely book again!!
